r.egisrered under MahaRERA Registiation No. P50100052961, along with our Project

Vrushali Vinod Bobadc hereby lointly submit this Declaration-cum-Undertaking with respect to tire
observations raised during verillcation ofthe Occupancy Certificate (OC)

    l. That the commencement certificate (cc) for the above project was issued by Akola Municipal
                                                                                         signature
       Corporation vide CC dated 05/08/2022. However, the said CC bears approval/digital
        dati as2l10212023 by the concemed officer of Akola Municipal corporation.
    2. That the same details as mentioned in the said CC have been rellected in the occupancy
       Certificate (OC) issued by Akola Municipal Corporation'
    3. 'l-hat there is no disclepancy, alteration, suppression. or misrepresentation on our parl in respect
       olthe cc and sanctioned plans uploaded at the time of N4ahaRERA registration.
    4. 'fhat the sanctioned plans and CC uploaded at the tinle of MahaRERA registratiotl were never
       rcvised thereafter, and the occupancy certificate has also been issued based upon

    5. That as per the sanctioned Plans:

        b) Fronr lsr Floor to 6th Floor, the perrnissible FSI area is 356.81 Sq. Mt. per floor.
    6. Ilowever, in the Occupancy Cerrifiiate, the FSI details are mentioned only as "1 13.58 Sq. Mt."
         and ''356.81 Sq. Mt " withtut specificallv clarifying that 356'81 Sq' Mt' pefiains to each floor
         tiom I st Floor to 6th Floor.
     7. We respectfully submit that the above discrepancies/clerical omissiotrs have occurred due to
        inadverlent errors at the level of Akola Municipal Corporation and not due to any act.
