I Alfidavit cum Declaration of Mr. Kishore Mukundlal Agrawal bcing the promotcr ol the
    project.

    I, Mr. Kishore Mukundlal Agrawal promoter ofthe proposed project- Naksh Imperial
    do hereby solemnly declare, undenake and state as under:

        l. Thatlhasalegal title Report to the land on which the development of thc proicct is
           proposed
                                          AND

               I legally valid authentication of title of such land along with an authcnticatcd
           copy of the agrcement between such owner and promotcr lor development ol'
           the real estate project is enclosed herewith.

I       2. That the project land is free from all encumbrances.

         3. That the time period within $hich the project shall be completed by me lrom thc date
              ofregistration ofthe project is 3l/03/2026.

         4.   lhat seventy per cent ofthe amounrs realised by me for the leal estale project from
              the allonees, from time to time, shall be deposited in a separate account to hc
I             maintained in a scheduled bank to co\er the cost ofconstruction and the land cost and
              shall be used only for that PurPose

         5.   That the amounts from the separate account shall be withdrawn in accordance \\'ith
               Rule 5.

         6.   That I shall get the accounts audited within six months afier the end
              of every financial year by a practicing Chartered Acaountant, and shall produce a
              stateme;t of accounts duly certified and signed by such practicing Chartered
              Accountant, and it shall be verified during the audit that the amounts collectcd for

              particular project have been utilized for the project and the withdrawal. has bccn in
              complianci with the proponion to the percentage ofcompletion ofthe proiect'

         7. That t shall take all the pending approvals on time' from the competent authorities
         8. That I shall inform the Authority regarding all the changes that have occurrcd iD thc
               information fumished under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Act and under rule l
               ofthese rules, within seven days ofthe said changes occuning'

         s That t have fumished such other documents as have been prescribed by the rules
               and regulations made under the Act.

         10. That I shall not discriminate against any allottee at the time ofallotment olany
               aparlment, plot or building, as the case may be.
