I, Vaibhav Diliprao Wankhade, duly authorized by Renucorp Private Limited, the promoter of
the proposed project having its office at Adarsh Colony, Gaurakshan Road, Akola – 444001 do
hereby solemnly declare as under:


     1. That the Real Estate project Krushna Skyline proposed to be developed at property
        bearing Plot No. 26 Survey No. 154 of Mouje Chikhli, District Buldhana 443201.


2.      That the above property is free from all encumbrances save and except, the
        encumbrances mentioned in Annexure A hereto.
