This is to declare that the plot bearing no 25/3, 25/4 Mouje Mhasla,Pragane Nandgaon
Peth Amravati-444607 in the name of M/s S. V. Properties having registered office at
Amravati-444607 has been legally purchased by M/s Anshuman Builders having registered
office at Shree sai enclave Amravati-444607.

We have originally taken all the relevant permissions in the name of M/s S. V. Properties as
the land belongs to them. Later on we purchased the land along with all the development
rights and construction commencement rights given by the Municipal Corporation.

Hence, M/s Anshuman Builders is the owner of TDR, Construction Permissions and of the
immovable property and accordingly applied for RERA registration for the same.
