 1. This Certificate is issued in accordance with the requirements
                                                                   of the Real Estate
       (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the rules and regulations framed
    thereunder.
 2. We have been requested by the management of Jivraj Buildcon (hereinafter referred to
    as the "Promoter") to certify the utilisation of funds borrowed for the captioned
                                                                                      project.
 3. We have examined the books of account, bank statements, and other
                                                                              relevant records and
       documents maintained by the Promoter for the period from 5th April 2024 to 19th June
       2025.
 4. We refer to the loan facility availed by the Promoter as detailed below,

    the costs and expenses related to the real estate project Jivraj Buildcon".
6. This certificate is issued based on the information and documents produced before us by
    the Promoter's management and has been prepared for the specific purpose of submission
    to the relevant authorities/stakeholders in compliance with RERA.Our examination was not
    an audit in accordance with the Standards on Auditing issued by the Institute of Chartered
    Accountants of India, and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.
