                         Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

I Bharat PrakashchandSamadadiya I adult,Indian inhabitant,the Partner of the
Partnership Firm having my office at Shop No. 01, Natwar Complex, M.G. Road,
Jalgaon, Maharashtra-425001 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare
and undertake as under:
    1) |say and declare that I being the Partner and authorized signatory of
       JIVRAJ BUILDCON have applied on behalf of promoter, i.e the said legal
       entity, JIVRAJ BUILDCON for registration of the real estate project THE
        LAKE PARADISE with MahaRERA vide applied.

   2) Isay and declare that the application for registration of the real estate
      project named THE LAKE PARADISE is to be undertaken on land bearing
      Survey No(s) 411/2, Plot No.5/6 lying and being at Meharun Shivar
       Taluka:Jalgaon, District Jalgaon Village Jalgaon admeasuring 945sq.mtrs
      hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

   3)    Isay, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my /
        our application dated 10/12/2024, for registration of the real estate
        project, THE LAKE PARADISE there is / are no subsisting pending
        application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
         project(s)by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land
        /part thereof or there is/ are no real estate project(s) by whatever name
        called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land /
        part thereof.
