Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Plannings Authority
/Competent Authority.

2. We have obtaincd layout approval from Deputy Superintendent Land Records (Plunning
authority ) on Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation, Date 15/05/2024 for Stilt Floor Plus 7
Habitable Floor Final Plot No, Plot No. 5/6, Survey No. 4112, At Meharun Shiwar, Tal/Dist
Jalgaon, Maharashtra-425001 Plov Building /Floors.


3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Assistant Director of
Townplaning Commissioner Jalgaon City Municipal Corporation, Jalgaon (Planning authority/
Competent Authority) on 15/05/2024. Further. commencement certificate is granted up to
plinth/ with FS/ Stilt Floor plus 7Habitable Floors. (Out of approved total Stilt Floor plus
7 Habitable Floors.)

4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will he uploaded under
document section of this projcct immediately,
