                        DECLARATION – CUM – UNDERTAKING


I, Mr. Rahul Rajesh Raka, adult, Indian inhabitant, the Proprietor of Raka Constructions, a
proprietorship firm having office at Opposite Municipal High School, Jamner Road, Bhusawal, Jalgaon
- 425201, do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

   1. I say and declare that I being the proprietor and authorized signatory of Raka Constructions,
      have applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the said legal entity, Raka Constructions for
      registration of the real estate project “CASA DE ROYALE” with MahaRERA vide application
      dated 27-12-2024.

   2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named “CASA
      DE ROYALE” is to be undertaken on land bearing S. No. 196/2B/1 to 7, Plot No. 88 + 89,
      lying and being at Taluka Bhusawal, District Jalgaon admeasuring 1905.75 sq. mtr
      hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

   3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated 27-
      12-2024, for registration of the real estate project, “CASA DE ROYALE”, there is / are no
      subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
      project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or
      there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA
      being executed on the project land / part thereof.

   4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
      Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Raka
      Constructions of the real estate project “CASA DE ROYALE”.
