Road, Bhusawal, Jalgaon - 425201, hereby declare that the proposed project “CASA DE
ROYALE” located at Plot No. 88 + 89, S. No. 196/2B/1 to 7, Mahesh Nagar, Taluka: Bhusawal,
District: Jalgaon, PIN: 425201 (the said Property), total area 1905.75 sq. mtr, there is no
deviation with respect to Allotment Letter as certified by MahaRERA.

The above contents are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief and information,
