We, Raka Constructions, having registered office at Opposite Municipal High School,
Jamner Road, Bhusawal, Jalgaon - 425201, hereby declare that the proposed project
“CASA DE ROYALE” located at Plot No. 88 + 89, S. No. 196/2B/1 to 7, Mahesh Nagar,
Taluka: Bhusawal, District: Jalgaon, PIN: 425201 (the said Property), total area 1905.75
sq. mtr, that -

That there is no security interest / charge created on the said land and there are no
entries appearing in the CERSAI registry belonging to our plot.

The above contents are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief and
information, and I have sworn this Declaration here at Bhusawal, today this 27th Day of
