Partnership Firm having my office at Monalisa Arcade, 55, Shivram Nagar, M.J.
College Road. Jalgaon, Maharashtra-425001 do hereby on solemn affirmation
state, declare and undertake as under:

   1) | say and declare that I being the Partner and authorized signatory of
      N&L Associates have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal
      entity, N & L Associates for registration of the real estate project Sai
      Charan Residencv with MahaRERA vide application dated
      REA49900148097 L7 | tO | 2023.


   2) | say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate
      project named Sai Charan Residencv is to be undertaken on land bearing
      Survey No(s) 449, Plot No.144&145 lying and being at Meharun Shivar
      Taluka: Jalgaon, District Jalgaon Village Jalgaon admeasuring
      557.4sq.mtrs hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

   3) | say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of ny /
      our application dated L7lLOl2O23, for registration of the real estate
      project, Sai Charan Residencv there is / are no subsisting pending
      application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
      project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land
      / partthereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever name
      called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land /
      part thereof.
