     Read with it Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated
     copy of approvals and commencement certificate. Sanctioned plan
     and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority /
     Competent Authority.
  z. Accordingly we has obtained revised layout approval from Amravati
     Municipal Council on 18th October, 2O21.
  3. Also The revised acommencement certificate/Bu ild in g plans are
  approved by Amravati Municipal Council on OSth December,
  2O2!. Further. Commencement certificate ls granted up to 7
  Habitable Floors. Out of approved total 7 Habitable Floors.
