      bearing no. 3880, dated 14.12.20 followed by Rectification Registered Deed Document bearing no. 2211,
      dated 07.07.2021 registered in th e office Joint Sub-Registrar Class-3, Jalgaon-, under Maharashtra
      Apartment Ownership Act (1970) .
