as Authorised Signatory for enrolment of the project of the Firrn on the MahaRERA Portal and to sign
and submit various document electronically and/or physically and to sign all forms prescribed under
the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules made thereunder as applicable
in the State of Maharashtra and to make affidavits, applications, communications, representations,
modifications or alterations on behalf of the Firm before the RERA Authority and/or the concerned
State authorities as and when required.
