charges of whatsoever nature in respect of the subject land on which
project, "SAl PLAZA" is being constructed.

The aforesaid statement is also supported by the Title Report dt. l-3th
June, 20L9 issued by Adv. Sarang M. Kulkarni which has been duly
uploaded with the RERA Application.
