                 1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of Real Estate (Regulation and
                     Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
                     Development) (Registratlon of Real Estate Project, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates
                     of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 20L7.
                 2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the company, during the
                     course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for purpose of this certificate.
                 3. We hereby confirm that l/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and
                     documents, and the relevant records of M/s. Shreyash Realties for the period ended
                      3l/03/2070 and hereby certify that:
                 Vll. M/S. Shreyash Realties have completed 90 % of the project titled Ramanand Nagar
                          MahaRERA Regn. No. P49900017985 located at: Amalgamated Plot No 1To 38, S.
                          No. 104/1, Krushnapuri, Pachora- 4242OL, Dist- Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
                 Vlll. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 3,45,81,787/- and amounts
                          collected till date is Rs. 11,65,89,!4O/ -
                lX. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 3,45,39,759/- and amount
                        withdrawn till date is Rs. 11,64,19,228/-
                4. We certify that M/S. Shreyash Realties has utilized the amounts collected for Ramanand
                    Nagar project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s)
                    of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
                    completion of the project.
