       Please refer our discussion relating to correction application of the
completion certificate uploaded on the portal. The completion certificate of the
project relating to the project under Global Builders was uploaded and the
completion of the another project in another firm under another name and
style was inadvertently upload of the portal along with it. As there is no
deletion option available on the documents uploading web page the uploaded
document couldn’t be deleted, thereby creating a confusion about the
completion date. Which later ended up by way of receipt of notice from your
end.

Out of the two completion certificates attached one is correct pertaining to the
project under the firm Global Builders and the other pertains to the another
project of another firm and needs to be deleted.

I, hereby declare that the project under the firm Global Builders was
completed on 05/04/2019 and the occupancy certificate is issued by the
Municipal Council, Chalisgaon. A copy of the occupancy certificate is attached
herewith for your perusal.

I request you to make the necessary changes at your end at your earliest.
