       I, Hemant Isai, have undeftaken assignment of certifying Estimated Cost for
the Subject Real Estate Project proposed to be registered under MahaRERA, being 01
No. of Building consisting of 1 Wings of the Project (MahaRERA Registration Number

- P49800033908) situated on the Plot bearing crs No. 1276 lsurvey no. 4U1 Plot
No 62 admeasuring about as per 7lL2 e*rac.. - 3000 sq.fts & as per CTS record -

1) Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
  a. Mls/Shri Nivara Construction, Ar. ShilpaTated as Architect;
  b. M/s /Shri Abhay V Bhadalikar as Structural Consultant
  c. Mls lShri NO ANY ONE as MEP Consultant
  d. M/s /Shri NO AI{Y OilE as Site Supervisor

2) I have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certifrcatel
     Completion Certificate, of the Civil, MEP and Allied works, of the Buildlng of the
     project. Our estimated cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plans made
     available to us for the project under reference by the Developer and
     Consultants and the Schedule of items and quantity for the entire work as
     calculated by me, and the assumption of the cost of material, labour and other
     inputs made by developer, and the site inspection carried out by us.


3) I estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building(s) of the aforesaid
     project under reference as Rs. 98,67,000 ( Rs. Ninety Eight Lakhs Sixty Seven
     only). The estimated Total Cost of project is with reference to the Civil, MEP
     and allied works required to h completed for the purpose of obtaining
     occupation ceftificate / completion certificate for the building from the Dhule
     Municipal Corporation, Dhule being the Planning Authority under whose
     jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being implemented.


4) The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs. L,25,62,3741-The
     amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of amount of
     Total Estimated cost.


5) The Balance mst of Completion of the Civil, MEP and AIIied works of the
   Building of the subject project to obtain Occupation Certificate / Completion
     Certificate from Dhule Municipal Corporation, Dhule (Planning Authority) is
     Estimated as Rs. NIL
      6) I certiff that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and allied work for the aforesaid Project
             as completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Table A below:
