              This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
              Act, 2016 read alongwith the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real
              Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules,
              2017.

         2    We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of our
              audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose ofthis certificate.

              We hereby con{im that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant
              records of Amber Heights for the period ended 31.03.2018 and hereby ceniry that:

                      Amravati (M Corp.), Amravati, 444607.

                 iv. Amount collected during the year for this proiect is Rs. 0 and amounts collec{ed till date is Rs. 0.
                      Amount withdrawn during the year for lhis proiect ii Rs.O and amount withdrawn till date is Rs. O.

         4    We cediry that, we have considered the various professional certificates i.e., Chartered Accountant
              Certilicates, Engineer Certifcate, Architec-t Certifcates lssued from time to time for withdrawal of money based
              on 19% of completion of work.

         5    We certify that the M/s Sai Surjan Buildells & DevelopeE has utilized the amounts collected for lshwary
              Colony project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account of the said poject
              has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of lhe project.
