            SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawai by
            RSV Realities for the period from 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021 with respect to Maha RERA
            Regn. Number P50400012080

                 1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
            (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate
            (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real
            Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

                  2.   We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from RSV Realities
            during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
            certificate.

                  3.   We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
            documents, and the relevant records of RSV Realities for the period ended 31.03.2021 and
            hereby certify that:
                      i RSV realities have completed 100% of the project titled Vastuvishwa
                  Apartments, Bapatwadi MahaRERA Regn. No.P50400012080 located at Plot No.
                  48%5Amalgamated) S.No.15/2(Revised), Mouza Sindi (Meghe) within M.C. Limits of
                  Wardha Nagar Parishad, Tah. and Dist. Wardha(M.S.)

                          Amount collected duringthe year for this project is Rs. 1,1 1,000/- and
                  amounts collected till the date 31.03.2021 is Rs.
                                                                    3,39,15,000/-.
                       ii.     Amount withdrawn during the year for expenses of this project is
                  Rs. 1,11,000/- and amount withdrawn till th                late 31.03.2021 is Rs. 2,54,64,000/-.

                  4.   We     certify   that   the   RSV   Realities   has     utilized   the    amounts    collected   for
            Vastuvishwa Apartments, Bapatwadi project only for that project and the withdrawal from
            the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the
            proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
