                                ANNUAL REPORTON STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS

            SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
            RSV Realities for the period from 01/04/2017 to 31/03/2018 with respect to MahaRERA
            Regn. Number P50400012080

                   1.   This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
            (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate
            (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real
            Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

                2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the RSV
           Realities during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the
           purpose of this certificate.

                3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
           documents, and the relevant records of RSV Realities for the period ended 31.03.2018 and
           hereby certify that:
                        i.    RSV realities have completed 70% of the project titled Vastuvishwa
                   Apartments, Bapatwadi MahaRERA Regn. No.P504000 12080 located at Plot No.
                  485 Amalgamated) S.No. 15/2(Revised), Mouza Sindi (Meghe) within M.C. Limits of
                   Wardha Nagar Parishad, Tah. and Dist. Wardha(M.S.)
                      ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 1,12,54,100/- and
                   amounts collected till the date 31.03.2018 is Rs. 1,43,66,100/-.
                        ii.    Amount withdrawn during the year for expenses of this project is
                   Rs.84,40,575/- and amount withdrawn till the date 31.03.2018 is Rs. 1,07,74,575/-.

               4. We certify that the Rsv Realities has utilized the amounts collected for
           Vastuvishwa Apartments, Bapatwadi only for that project and the withdrawal from the
           designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion
           to the percentage of completion of the project.
