            "RESOLVED THAT the Partnership Firm do hereby appoint Shri. Hemant
            Deshmukh, partner of the firm as Authorized Signatory for enrolment of the firm
            on the MAHA ReRa Portal and to sign and submit various document
            electronically and/or physically and to make applications, communications,
            representations, modifications or alterations on behalf of the firm before the
            MAHA ReRa authorities as and when required."

            FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Shri. Hemant Deshmukh, Partner of the firm be
            and is hereby authorized to represent the firm and to take necessary actions on
            all MAHA ReRa issues including but not limited to presenting documents/records
            etc., on behalf of the firm liaising/representing for registration of the firm and also
            to make any alterations, additions, corrections, to the documents, papers, forms,
            etc., filed with MAHA ReRa authorities as and when required.

            FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Shri. Hemant Deshmukh, Partner of the firm be
            and is hereby authorized on behalf of the firm to sign the returns, documents,
            letters, correspondences etc., And to represent on behalf of the firm, for
            assessments, appeals or othenflise before the MAHA ReRa authorities as and
            when required.
