           I hereby certify that, on basis of my inspection and certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site
           Supervisor, the following area of “Nalini – Sumant” has been completed in all aspects of Building and is fit
           For occupancy for which it has been constructed and enlarged. Further the following Occupancy
           Certificates/Completion Certificate have been granted:

           Note: I had issued Completion Certificate in Form 4 to promoter on January 27, 2023, after verification of
           the project, in the said certificate it is mentioned that, the promoter had applied for Completion certificate /
           Occupancy certificate on December 15, 2022, to local authority (i.e. Municipal Council, Wardha.).
           Therefore on the request of the promoter I, hereby issued revised certificate in Form 4 mentioning the details
           of Completion Certificate / Occupancy Certificate as the copy of the same is produced before me for
           verification.
