               1    This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
                    Development) Act, 2016 read alongwith the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
                    Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates
                    of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

               2    We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
                    course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

               3    We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
                    and the relevant records of Radhe Residency for the period ended 31.03.2020 and hereby
                    certify that:

                               Total Cost Estimated of the Real Estate Project is Rs. 2,16,40,233.00.

                               Total Cost Incurred of the Real Estate Project during the year is Rs.9,94,165.00 and
                               cost incurred till 31.03.2020 is Rs. 2,21,86,655.11

                      il.     M/s Radhe Builders has completed 102.52% of the project titled Radhe Residency
                              MahaRERA Regn. No. P50300013532located at Survey no. 1 & 23, Plot No. 1, 2, & 3 at
                              Amravati (M Corp.), Amravati, 444606.

                      iv.     Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 49,38,000.00and amounts
                              collected till date is Rs. 1,56,85,800.00

               for withdrawal of money based on percentage of completion of work.

               Residency' project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account
               of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
               completion of the project.
