                  Development) Act, 2016 read alongwith the Maharashtra Real Estate [Regulation and
                  Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates

            2     We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
                  course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

                     i. Total Cost Estimated of the Real Estate Project is Rs. 2,16,40,233.00.
                    ii. Total Cost Incurred of the Real Estate Project during the year is Rs.46,57,437.42
                            and cost incurred till 31.03.2019 is Rs. 2,L1,92,490.11

                    iii. M/s Radhe Builders has completed 97.93o/o of the project titled Radhe Residency
                            MahaRERA Regn. No. P50300013532located at Survey no. 1 & Z3,Plot No. 1, 2, & 3 at
                            Amravati (M Corp.), Amravati, 444606.

                    iv,     Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 30,81,000.00 and amounts
                            collected till date is Rs. 1,07,47,800.00
