                            Declaration-Cum-Undertaking
I Mr. Rohit Chandrakant Tathe, Indian inhabitant, the Designated Partner of Tathey
Realty having my office at Sudama Colony, Mukhbadir School, Sai Nagar, Amravati,
Maharashtra address as above do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and
undertake as under:

       1) I say and declare that I, as promoter have applied for registration of my real
       estate proeect, Advik Nest with MahaRERA vide application dated
       28/04/2025

       2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate
  proeect named proeect name Advik Nest is to be undertaken on land bearing CS
  No(s) Final Plot No(s) 85 and 86 Survey No 35 Mouee Jewad, Village Amravati,
  Taluka Amravati , District Amravati admeasuring 576.07 sq. mtrs hereinafter
  referred to as the "proeect land".

Note: The clause below shall be applicable for real estate proeects which are
      standalone building/ buildings for which MahaRERA registration is sought
      under single proeect registration number.

       3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my / our
          application dated 28/04/2025 for registration of the real estate proeect
          Advik Nest, there is / are no subsisting pending application submitted to
          MahaRERA for registration of real estate proeect(s) by whatever name
          called to be undertaken on the proeect land / part thereof or there is / are
          no real estate proeect(s) by whatever name called, registered with
          MahaRERA being executed on the _proeect land / part thereof.

       4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this
           Declaration-cum Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the
           promoter of the real estate proeect, Advik Nest.
