444605 admeasuring 1274.16 sq.mt areas being Developed by Shri Vyankatesh Associates,

completion of construction work of the Vyankatesh Associates Deo Residency building of the
project, situated on the plot Bearing Sr. No - 9/2, 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, 11, 12, division –
Amravati, village- Rajapeth, Taluka & district- Amravati, PIN No. 44460 admeasuring 1274.16
sq.mt areas being Developed by Shri Vyankatesh Associates, Amravati.

         Following technical professionals are appointed by owner / promoter :-

•      Shri Ravindra Kolte as structural Consultant
•      M/s / Shri / Smt. -----N.A.------------- as MEP Consultant
•      M/s / Shri / Smt. -----N.A.------------- as a site supervisor

Based on site inspection, with respect to each of the buildings / wings of the aforesaid real
estate project, I certify that as on the date of this certificate , the percentage of work done
for each of the buildings / wing of real estate project as registered vide number NA Being
new registration for ongoing project under MahaRERA is as per table A herein below . The
percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the entire phase is
detailed in Table B.
