1.   The Complainants have filed a common application dated 15.04.2024 seeking
     restoration and withdrawal of captioned complaints (hereinafter referred to as
     “said application”).


2.   The said application in the captioned complaints was heard by this Authority on
     16.05.2022 wherein the following roznama was passed:
     “The Advocate for the Complainant states that in 2020 this complaint was filed. The
     Complainant approached the Advocate in 2023 and at that point they realised that matter
     had been disposed for lack of prosecution. The Advocate for the Complainant states that
     they were not aware of the hearing date. The Advocate for the Complainant is not able to
     point out the reason as to; they not being aware of the hearing. Further, the Advocate for

     the Complainant states that they would like the matter to be restored and they would like
     to withdraw. The matter stands reserved for orders.”

3.   Thus, the Complainants are seeking to restore the captioned matter under the
     said application. Further the Complainants also seek to withdraw the captioned
     complaints since the Complainants wish to proceed before appropriate forum
     for their grievances.


4.   In view thereof, the said application is allowed. The captioned complaints stand
     restored and disposed as withdrawn in view of the said application. No order as
     to cost.
