                   Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and

            2      We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, duringthe
                   course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

                   We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
                   and the relevant records of Sai City for the period ended 31.03.2020 and hereby certify that:

                          Total Cost Estimated of the Real Estate Project is Rs. 10,73,50,946.00.

                           Total Cost Incurred of the Real Estate Project during the year is Rs.11747043.25
                           and cost incurred till 31.03.2019 is Rs.56876270.88

                           M/s SSB Associates has completed 52.98% of the project titled Sal City MahaRERA
                           Regn. No. P50300003636 located at Survey no. 85/3, Amravati (M Corp.), Amravati,
                           444602.


                           Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs.11385000 and amounts
                           collected till date is Rs.31083000
