progress, booking ac vity, sale ac vity, or any other material development in the project.
The status of the project remained unchanged during the said period.

I/We further state that no material event or change occurred in the project requiring
disclosure to the allo ees and the Quarterly Progress Reports pertaining to the aforesaid
period would reflect NIL progress/no change in project status.
