Jalgaon PaN 4242OL admeasuring3OT4.O3 Sq.Mtr. area being developed by M/s Sark Buildcon

2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Promoter :-

(i) Shri Rohit Shrichand Rizani as Architect;
(ii) Shri Pramod S Patil as Structural Consultant

(iii) NA as MEP Consultant

(iv) Shri Devendra Maurya as Site Supervisor.

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the
best of my knowledge I hereby certify that RH 3 Building have been completed in all aspects and is fit
for occupancy for which it has been constructed and enlarged. The RH 3 Building is granted Occupancy
Certificate bearing number Otl2OtS dated 26lt1,l20t8 by Town Planning Office, Pachora Division,
Jalgaon.
