     I Rajendra s chhajed have undertaken assignemnt as Engineer of certifoing Estimated
     Cost for Plot No.04, Near S.No.38 off Division Nashik, Village Deopur, Dist Dhule
     424005 being developed by M/s Nilcom lnfrabuitders private Limited.



     2. we have estimated the cost of civil, MEP and Alied works required for completion, as
     per specifications in Agreement of Sale, of the Project. Our estimated cost calculations
     are based on the drawings / plans made available to us for the Project under referance
     by the Developer / consultants. The Schedule of items and quantity required for
     entire work as calculated by and the assumption of the cost of material, labour and
     other inputs made by Developer and the site inspection carried out by us to ascertain r
     confirm the above analysis given to us.

            5. The Balance Cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Alied works of the Project is
            estimated at Rs.1,58,75,256/- (Total of Table A and B).


            6. I certify that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and Allied work for the aforesaid Project as
            completed on the date of this cerfrficate is as given in Table A and B below.
