 PIYUSH LIFESPACES PVT.LTD. for the period from 1st April2022 to 31st March 2023
 with respect to Project Jaai, RERA Registration No -P49800031953.


  1) This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
       and Development) Act,2016 read along with Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
       Development) (Registration of Real Estate projects, Registration of Real Estate Projects,
       Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interests and Disclosures on website) Rules,
       2017.




 2) We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company, during
    the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.



 3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
    and the relevant records of Piyush Lifespaces Private Limited for the period ended 31st
    Merch 2023 and hereby certify that:

    I) M/s. Piyush Lifespaces Private Limited (promoter) have completed 34 % of the Project
        titled Jaai, RERA Registration No -P49809031953 located at Plot No 132, JaihiFd

    II) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs.84, 18,710 and amounts collected
        till 31st March 2023 is Rs.88,18,710.


    )Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs.75,67,501 and withdrawn till
        date is Rs.92,98, 8664


 4) We certify that the Piyush Lifespaces Private Limited has utilized the amounts collected
    for Jaai only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of
     the said Project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion
     of the Project.
