                                      Declaration-Cu m-Undertaking

  I Mushtaq Firoz Wagh adult, Indian inhabitant, the Partner of the Partnership Firm Constructive
  Visions having my office at lst Floor, Jayant Complex, Damle Square, Akola - 444001 do hereby
  on solemn affirmation state, declare and unde(ake as under:

   l. I say and declare that I being the partner and authorized signatory of Constructive Visions have
  applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the said Iegal entity, Constructive Visions for registration of the
  real estate project, Pearl Residency with Maha RERA vide application dated

  2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named Pearl
  Residency is to be undertaken on land bearing F. S. No. 1611, Layout PIot no, 5 total admeasuring
  675,31 sq. mtrs. at Tq, & Dist. Akola hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

  3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission ofour application dated
  for registration ol the real estate project Pearl Residency there are no subsisting pending application
  submitted to Maha RERA flor registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name called to be
  unde(aken on the project land / part thereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever
  name called, registered with Maha RERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

  4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-Undertaking are
  true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Constructive Visions, of the real estate
  project Pearl Residency.
