             approvals and commencement certificate, sanction plan and layout are
             required to be obtained from the planning authority               Competent
             Authority.
          2. We have obtained layout approval from Akola Municipal Corporation
             (Planning authority) on 27/09/1968 for Builder apartment Plot
             Building/floors.
          3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by
             Akola Municipal Corporate (Planning Authority/ Competent Authority )
             on 21/08/2024 further, commencement certificate is granted up to
             plinth/with Zero FSI/stiltt6 floors habitation/Floor. (Out of approved
             total stilt+6 floors)
          4. Further, commencement certificate/approvals as and when approved will
             he uploadedunder document section of this project immediately.
