l. I say and declare that I being the Designated panner and authorized signatory ol Rudra Construction
have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal entity. Rudra Construction for registration ofthe real
estate project, Rama Residency with Maha RERA vide application dated

2. I say and declare that the application tbr rcgistration of the' rqal estate pro.ject named Rama Residency
is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot No. l+2 in (iul No. -1/-1 total admeasuring 907.50 sq. mtrs. at
mouje Malkapur at Tq, & Dist. Akola hereinafter ref'erred to as the "pro.iect land".

3. I say" declare and undertake that as on the date of submission ofour application   dated              lor
registration of the real estate project Rama Residency there are no subsisting pending apptication
submitted to Maha RERA for registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name called to be
undertaken on the project land / part thereol or there is / are no real estate pro.iect(s) by whatever name
