        3.   l'hat the time period within which the pro.iect shall bc completed by me from the dale
             ofregistration olthe pro.iect is 3l/03/2028.

       4.
             'l'hat seventy per cent olthe anrounls rcalised by me for the real estate project from
             the allottees, from time to time, shall be deposited in a separate account to be
-flr         maintained in a scheduled bank to cover the cost of construction and the land cost and
             shall be used only for that purpose

       5.
             'fhat the amounts lrom the separate account shall be withdrawn in accordance with
             Rule 5.

       6.
             'l'hat I shall get the accounts audited within six months after the end
             of every llnancial year by a practicing Chartered Accountant, and shall produce a
             statement of accounts duly certified and signed by such practicing Chartered
             Accountant, and it shall be verified during the audil that the amounts collected tbr a
             particular project havc bccn utilizcd fbr thc pro.iccl and the withdrawal has bccn in
             compliance with thc proportion to thc pcrccntage ol'complction ol'the pro.iect.

       7.
             'fhat I shall take all the pending approvals on time, lrom the competent authorities.

       8.    That I shall inform the Authority regarding all the changes that have occurred in the
              information furnished under sub-section (2) olsection 4 olthe Acl and under rulc 3
              olthese rules. within seven days olthe said changes occurring.

       9.    'fhat I has turnished such other documents as have been prescribed by the rules
             and regulations made under the Act.

       I0.   That I shall not discriminate against any allottee at the time of allotment of any
             apartment" plot or building. as the case may be.
