    Nishant Multi State Co-operative Credit Society Ltd, Akola. The Society is in the process of
    updating mutation of the charge on CERSAI portal, but due to technical reasons same is not
    getting updated. However, the mutation of the charge information of loan taken from The Nishant
    Multi State Co-operative Credit Society Ltd, Akola is already updated on the property card. Copy of
    property card is enclosed herewith. Also, the said encumbrance details are mentioned in the
    CERSAI report issued by the Advocate.

    l, hereby undertake that, once the mutation is updated in CERSAI portal, the certificate of the same
    will be uploaded on MAHARERA portal.
