office at Yogi Ramkrushna, Plot No. 14, Asara Colony, Ring lLoad, Akola-4r1,1004 do hereby on solemn
affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

1. I say and declare that I being the proprietor ofthe proprietary concem Bhupati Developers have applied
on behalfofpromoter, ie the said proprietary concem, Bhupati Developers for registration ofthe real estate
project, vighanaharta Residency with Maha RERA vide application aatea

2. I say and declare that the application for registration ol the real estate project named Vighanaharta
Residency is to be undertaken on land bearing Shet Survey No. 24/1, Layout Plot No. 01, at mouje
Khadki Bk total admeasuring 728.69 Sq. Mt. at Tq. Dist. Akola hereinafter referred to as the "pro.iect
land"

3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission olour application dated        Gl"
for registration of the real estate project Vighanaharta Residency there are no subsisting pending
application submitted to Maha RERA for registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name called to
be undertaken on the project land / part thereofor there is / are no real estate project(s) bv whatever name
called, registered with Maha RERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-Undertaking are true.
correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Bhupati Developers of the real estate project,
