      & Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
      certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
      Authority / Competent Authority.

      2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from NA on NA. we have obtained
      Original Building Approval Plan from Akola Municipal Corporation on l8/10/2023
      granted up to contpletion tbr I Buildings, having Basement + Gr. Floor + 4 Upper Floors.

      3. Also, the commencement cefiificate is approved by Akola Municipal Corporation on
      l8ll0/2023. Further, the commencement certificate is granted up to completion for I
      Buildings. having Basement + Gr. Floor + 4 Upper Floors.

      4. Further, commencement cefiificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be uploaded
      under document section olthis project immediately.
