                   maintained in a scheduled bank to cover the cost of construction and thc land cost ancl
                   shall be used only lor that purpose

             5.    l'hat the amounts f'rom the separate account shall be withdrawn in accordance with
                   Rule 5.

             6.    That I shall get the accounts audited within six months aflter the end
                   of every financial year by a practicing Chartered Accountant, and shall producc a
                   statement of' accounts dLrly certified and signed by such practicing Chartcrcd
                   Accountant, and it shall be verified during the audit that the amounts collectcd tirr a
                   particular project have been utilized for the project and the withdrawal has bccn irr
                   compliance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the pro.ject.

             7. I'hat I shall take all the pending approvals on 1ime. lrom the competent authoritics.
                   'l-hat I shall infbrm thc Authority regarding all the changes that have occurrcd in thc
