                   L. We are aware that as per section a[2](c & d) of RERA Act, 2016, read with Rules &
                      Regulations made their under, an authenticated copy of Approvals and
                           Commencement Certificates, Sanctioned Plans & Layout are required to be obtained
                           from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.


                   2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Akola Municipa! Corporation
                           on 07.01.2023for Building named CHAITRA KESHAV.


                   3. Also, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Akola
                      Municipal Corporation on 07.OL.2O23. Further Commencement Certificate is
                           granted up to 5 habitable floors. ( Out of approved total 5 habitable floors )


                   4. Further, commencement certificate / Approvals, as and when approved will be
                           uploaded under document section of this project immediately.
