    Sir,

    I Mrs. Shraddha D. Mahajan have unde(aken assignment of certifling Estimated Cost for the
    Rudra Palace having RERA number P50100049479 developed by Rudra Construction.

    2. We have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certificate/ Completion
    Certificate, of the Civil, MEP and Allied works, of the Building(s) olthe project. Our estimated
    cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plans made available to us for the project under
    reference by the Developer and Consultants and the Schedule         of  items and quantity for
    the cntire work as calculated by Shraddha D. Mahajan Quantity Surveyor* appointed by
    Developer/Engineer. and the assumption ofthe cost of material. labour and other inputs made
    by developer, and the site inspection canied out by us.

    3. We estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the buitding(s) of the aforesaid project
    under rel'erence as Rs I 5495100 at the time ofregistration. The estimated Total Cost olproject
    is with reference ro the Civil. MEP and allied works required to be completed for the purpose
    ol obtaining occupation certificate/completion cerlificate for the building(s) frorn the Akola
    Municipal Corporation being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the afbresaid
     project is being implemented.

     ui.'fhe }istirnated Cost Incrrred tilldate is calculated at Rs. 15005840. The amount of Estimated
     Cost Incurled is calculated on the basis of input material/services used and unit cost ol tl.rese
     items.

     5. The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the Building(s) of
     the sr.rbject project to obtain Occupation Certificate/Completion Cenificate Akola Municipal
     Corporation is estimated at Rs 489260.00

     6. I certify that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and allied work for the aloresaid Project as
     completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Table A and B below :
