        1. We are aware that as per section 4l2l (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of Approvals and Commencement
Certificate, Sanctioned Plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority i
Competent Authority.

       2. Accordingly, we have obtained Building approval from Akola Municipal Corporation
on 2710612022. For Buildinq named Rudra Palace.

       3. Also, the commencement certificateiBuilding plans are approved by Akola Municipal
Gorporationon on 2710612022. Further, commencement cerlificate is granted up to Completion
for basement, Ground and four habitable floors ( Out of approved total basement, Ground and
four habitable Floors.

        4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be
uploaded under document section of this project immediately,
