I, MR. DINESH KRUSHNARAO DHAGE, Age 57 Years, Occupation Business, PAN –
AFFPD4401A, as a proprietor of KSHITIJ BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS, Address: - Gaddam
Plot, Opposite Chandak Mangal Karyalaya, Akola - 444001, do hereby state and declare on
solemnly affirmation that the project named MAA VAISHNAVI COMPLEX at Plot No. 19
bearing Survey/Gut No. 39/1/51/1/19, admeasuring 897.44 Sq. M. situated at Village Umari
Pragane, Taluka & District Akola - 444005, that the commencement certificate issued by Akola
Municipal Corporation dated 31/03/2022 is in name of Dinesh Krushnarao Dhage,
Ratnakishor Agrawal, Shyam Anant Ingale. However later I have purchased share of
Ratnakishor Agrawal and Shyam Anant Ingale and accordingly I have already obtained change
of name letter dated 01/11/2022 from Akola Municipal Corporation which is already
uploaded in Other Technical Documents section.


Now I am only the sole owner of this project land.
