                 SELF DECLARATION REGARDING CERSAI REPORT


I, Dinesh Krushnarao Dhage having address at Gaddam Plot, Opposite Chandak Mangal
Karyalaya, Akola - 444001 do hereby state that we have availed loan from Nishant Multi-State
Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. Akola for project named Maa Vaishnavi Complex at Plot No.
19 bearing Survey/Gut No. 39/1, 51/1, admeasuring 897.44 Sq. M. situated at Village Umari
Pragane, Taluka & District Akola – 444005.

As per Rera guidelines I have tried to generate Cersai Report from the Cersai Website but the
report is not generated as the website is not showing the desired results inspite of entering
all the data relating to the project. I am sharing the screenshot of results showing similar
assets on Cersai website along with this declration.

But I have uploaded encumbrance certificate stating the details of loan. This declaration is
given as per rules and regulation specified in the MAHARERA.
