      B. Name of the Project with CS/CTS/Survey No.: MAA VAISHNAVI COMPTEX at Plot No.
         19, Survey/Gut No. 39/L/51/1,h9, Village Umari Pragane, Taluka & District Akola -
           444005.


           1. We are aware that as per section aL\lc & d) of RERA Act, 2016. read with Rules &
              Regulations made their under, an authenticated copy of Approvals and
              Commencement Certificates, Sanctioned Plans & Layout are required to be obtained
              from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.


           2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Akola Municipal Corporation
              on 31.03.2022 for Building named MAA VAISHNAVI COMPLEX.


           3. Also, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Akola
              Municipal Corporation on 31.03.2022. Further Commencement Certificate is
              granted up to Basement (Parking) + Ground (Commercial) + First
              (Commercial/habitable) + 5 habitable floors.



           4. Further, Commencement Certificate / Approvals, as and when approved will be
              uploaded under document section of this project immediately.
