Karyalaya, Akola - 444001 – Promoter of the project “Maa Vaishnavi Complex” (Maharera
Registration No. P51600048765) having its project land at Plot No. 19 bearing Survey/Gut
No. 39/1, 51/1, Village Umari Pragane, Taluka & District Akola -444005 do hereby declare
and state as under:

That I (the promoters) have availed total loan of ` 5,00,00,000 out of total sanctioned loan
of ` 5,00,00,000 on the said project from Nishant Multi-State Co-operative Credit Society
Ltd. Akola, Akola Branch.

Against the said loan the I have provided mortgage / charge / security / interest over project
land together with construction thereon both present and future.

Save and except this charge I have not created any encumbrances on the said project as on
the date of this encumbrance certificate.
