I, Dilip Devichand Chaudhari, are promoter of the proposed project Nisarg
Garden Wing P situated on SURVEY NO 30/1 AND SURVEY NO 29/2 LAYOUT PLOT
NO P, Chandur, Akola 444001 and have applied for MahaRERA registration of the
above-mentioned project. Following to which we have generated CERSAI report
that states that No Match Found.
I confirm that there are no security interests lying with the foresaid project &
all the data mentioned are correct & true to my knowledge.
