Pertinently. the Promoter had purchased total 12700 Sq. mtrs. of land vide sale deed
dated, 2311012018. However, the Project forming subject matter of the present
Agreement is being constructed on Plot number 1 and the remaining land is not
sub.ject matter of presenl Agreement.




 AN   D WHEREAS the Promoter is entitled and enloined upon to
construct buildings on the project land in accordance with the recitals
hereinabovel



 AND WHERE,AS the Promoter is in possession of the project tand.



 AN D W Il E,RIIAS the Promoter has proposed to construct Multi-Storicd
buildings on the Pro.iect Land and the entire project shall be known ancl styled
as "LOl'tJS PARK" and the buildings shall be numbered as A-1. A-2. A-3. B-
l. B-2. & C-l to C-5 and The buildings A-1, A-2. shall consist of'Ground
Floor as I'arking space & First Floor to Seventh upper floors shall comprise of
l2 (-lwelve) individual residential apartments on each lloors. The buildings
A-i shall consist of Ground Irloor as Parking space & First Ploor to Six upper
floors shall comprise of l4(fourteen) individual residential apartmcnts on
each l'loors and 2 (1'wo) individual residential apartments on the Scvcnth
lloors. The building B-1 shall consist of partly Commercial & partly as
I)arking space on the Ground Floor & First Floor to Seventh upper tloors shall
courprise of I2('Iwelve) individual residential apartments on each floors. l'he
huildings I]-2 shall consist of Ground Floor as Parking space & Firsl Floor to
Screnth upper tloors shall comprise ol 8(Eight) individual residential
apartments on each I'loors. T'he buildings C-1 to C-5 shall consist ol-Ground
